[Gangwon-do] Songjeonghaebyeon Beach (송정해변(송정해수욕장))

💡 Overview

The beach is located in Songjeong-dong with white sand, a length of 700 meters, and an area of ​​25,000㎡. The surrounding area is famous for its pine forests. It is said that when Choi Mun-han, the wife of King Chungsuk of Goryeo, came to Gangneung from Songdo, he brought 8 pine trees and planted them here. There is also the world’s largest Charmsori Gramophone and Audio Museum, making it a great place to enjoy the summer and music. Visitors can also stay in the surrounding area, and accommodation facilities such as inns and hotels, are available in the Gyeongpo or downtown area.
